Nice cars and friendly sales people! My sales person, Joe Taylor was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and if he didn't know the answer, he went to My sales person, Joe Taylor was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and if he didn't know the answer, he went to find it. I was also helped by Stuart Beach and Sterling (I'm not sure of his last name). But everyone was polite, courteous, and friendly. I wasn't too thrilled to by purchasing another car, due to mine being totaled, but all three of these gentlemen made my time at the dealership pleasant...not to mention, the car I purchased was very clean, inside and out. I noticed a problem with either the brakes or rotors when I test drove it, and they made sure to replace both before I purchased the vehicle. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership. More

Avoid using the service center. The service center was responsible for installing the new tires that I negotiated but provided the incorrect paperwork for the warranty that came with The service center was responsible for installing the new tires that I negotiated but provided the incorrect paperwork for the warranty that came with the tires. Luckily, I called the tire manufacturer BEFORE driving away and was able to learn about the "mistake" and ultimately received the correct paper. The service center offers every third oil change free of charge, but I now question whether the oil changes are actually completed: the service center also promises to top-off all fluids during each oil change and I have driven away afterwards to learn only days later that the(1st time) windshield wiper fluid, (2nd time) power steering fluid, (3rd time) brake fluid were not topped-off. At a minimum, they could have notified me that the fluid levels were too low to top-off and offered me the opportunity to purchase the fluids. No, their great idea of customer service is to allow your power steering and brake fluids to reach critically low levels and risk damage to your vehicle. I have since taken my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same. More

He understood what I was looking for and was very patient dealing with my pickiness. He went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle for me. My experience with Amon was so amazing that I am a customer of his for life. You just can't put a price tag on great service and his has been priceless during and after my purchase. I also enjoyed my experience with Brad in finance and Sterling in service. Brad helped me pick the best terms and packages for me. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process from start to finish. He answered all my many questions to assure I was an enlightened satisfied customer. Sterling helped address any questions or concerns I had about selected vehicles and went out his way to provide data regarding the performance of the vehicles. He made sure to inform me of all manufactures warranties remaining on the selected vehicles of my liking. The entire Hyman Bros team was very friendly, engaging and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Hyman Bros to the very meticulous picky shoppers like me. You will not be disappointed by the team and the service provided before and after your purchase. More

Purchase process of Cadillac SRX The highest praise to Joe Taylor -- he was friendly, knowledgeable, and most helpful -- spent so much time with me to thoroughly explain all features The highest praise to Joe Taylor -- he was friendly, knowledgeable, and most helpful -- spent so much time with me to thoroughly explain all features -- and there are MANY -- of the vehicle. He is a credit to the business! I do, however, have to say the "detailing" of the vehicle for pickup left a few things to be desired -- both front windshield wipers were shredding, back wiper did not function, floor mat coverings with message "TO BE REMOVED BY DEALER" were not removed. The wiper blades were replaced and the back wiper repaired while I waited. I think a thorough "detailing" should have noted these deficiencies, and they would have been corrected prior to my arrival. Joe was most apologetic, and that I appreciated. More

This is the second automobile we have purchased from this dealership. The biggest selling point for this dealership for us is the selection of unusually high-end, late model cars. I have purchased new but pr dealership. The biggest selling point for this dealership for us is the selection of unusually high-end, late model cars. I have purchased new but prefer cars between 1-3 years old with low mileage and this dealership has them. They are not particularly pushy with the sale either and they even let us take the car for several hours to run routine errands which let us get a good feeling for the vehicle. More
