I worked with Richard I’m purchasing at 2025 Toyota Camry, and he was fantastic. I came on the line. Just wanted to look at a couple vehicles didn’t wanna be with the wholesales process. I’m not a fan of high sales or keeping me at the dealership for hours and hours so when I looked at the car, we went for a drive came back and I told him I don’t wanna go over Price, sit down and write up your best offer and I’ll let you know if it’s acceptable and told me what his terms were agreeable to accept back to those and picked up the . No hassel or xx. He respected my need to not feel pressure waste my time sitting at the dealership.. I didn’t work with anybody else not the managers or the finance department during this process to deal with when I came to pick up the car I did for finance person telling me that there’s a property tax in North Carolina. I would’ve been surprised by that. Bill told me and I appreciate him telling me before I signed the papers all excellent company to work with. I will buy my next car from them, Donnell Austin More

I had taken my 2019 Lexus GX460 to this dealership for service, a couple of times. On my last service visit, I decided to walk the lot while I waited. A car stood out to me, across the lot. I made my way over to it, saw it up close, and instantly wanted to know more about it. I went back inside and Ricky (Richard Atencia) was at his desk. I got his attention and he came over to us. After introductions, we headed back out to the car. He was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. My truck was big and I was a little unsure of this smaller vehicle, but I couldn’t walk away from it. Ricky helped me to weigh out the pros and cons of both vehicles. He is an AMAZING salesman! Not once did I feel any pressure from him. While my truck was still in the service department, I bought this new vehicle…a 2023 Toyota Venza XLE Hybrid Nightshade Edition. The whole process was quick and simple. I was so impressed with everything that I even took someone back, the same week, and he purchased a vehicle from Ricky.
