Sterling Sine was very helpful, very professional and very professional. The finance person we saw was nice and helpful but when we didn’t sign up for any extras he was obviously none to happy. Very good service. The employees are very helpful and personable; they had readily had answers to any and all questions I had about the vehicle I was purchasing. I never felt forced into a deal I wasn’t personable; they had readily had answers to any and all questions I had about the vehicle I was purchasing. I never felt forced into a deal I wasn’t ready for, nor did it feel like I was being pushed into other things to shift my attention. The actual dealership is good and clean. It’s a Lexus dealership so it never felt “shady” or “untrustworthy”. All in all 10/10 experience. More
