This is the 2nd car I purchased from this dealer and when it comes to customer service Sterling is hands down the go to guy. Being a female going to a dealer can be a little intimidating but, he treated me w it comes to customer service Sterling is hands down the go to guy. 2 years ago I went to the dealership to look at a Jeep for my Son the key word in this sentence is look, because by the time I left I had a deposit on a Jeep. Sterling was upfront and honest and was not pushy at all. My Son and Father-in-law went back to look at the jeep the next day and Sterling gave them the same attention even after the deposit was taken and the deal was done. 2 weeks ago I stopped in to visit Sterling and once again just look at a Ram and 3 hours later drove away with my new truck. One week later I returned and traded in and bought a Grand Cherokee for my Wife. I think it is a Great dealership to buy from I have never had a bad experience there and they make You feel comfortable while You are there. I will definitely be back there again and I already referred a friend to the Sterling who is looking for a Vehicle. More

I HAD A DODGE NEON FOR MANY YEARS AND IT WAS AN EXTREMELY RELIABLE COST EFFECIENT CAR. HOWEVER, A YEAR AGO I HAD A BABY BOY AND I NEEDED A LITTLE MORE ROOM, SO I OPTED TO GET ANOTHER VEHICLE. I WENT TO THIS RELIABLE COST EFFECIENT CAR. HOWEVER, A YEAR AGO I HAD A BABY BOY AND I NEEDED A LITTLE MORE ROOM, SO I OPTED TO GET ANOTHER VEHICLE. I WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP (RT 46 CRYSLER JEEP DODGE) AND FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS GREETED WITH KIND DEAMEANOR AND GREAT ATTENTIVENESS. I ADVISED MR TAYLOR THAT WHILE I NEEDED/WANTED ANOTHER VEHICLE I WAS STILL A NEW MOM AND WAS ON A BUDGET. I LET HIM NO WHAT KIND OF CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR AS WELL AS THE PRICE RANGE. HE TOOK HIS TIME LOOKING FOR THE CAR THAT FIT BOTH CRITERIAS. I HAVE NOW HAD MY DODGE CALIBER FOR 6MOS AND I MUST SAY I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH IT NOT TO MENTION I HAVE GOTTEN QUITE A FEW COMPLIMENTS!! When I call him directly to schedule maintenance he gets back to me and tells me when and where I need to be there. There were other people there that ignored me when I walked in but he was the first person that greeted me and it was a pleasure doing business with him. More
