Even the customer service rep, Shelby was as sweet as she could be. The gentleman in the finance department, Roland, took his time explaining everything to us and made sure we understood everything before signing. They sent someone all the way to Chiefland to pick up the jeep for us. We haven’t even had a the vehicle a month, and my father is absolutely thrilled with it. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We will recommend Gainesville CDJ to everyone we know looking for a vehicle. Definitely worth the trip. Poor customer service after the sale, lots of bait and switch tactics, lots of legal documents errors. Promised me no payment for 60 days, after signing the contract payment started 30 days, told me my pr switch tactics, lots of legal documents errors. Promised me no payment for 60 days, after signing the contract payment started 30 days, told me my previous loan was paid off before I left the dealership, 3 weeks after I was billed a payment from my previous loan company on my old truck and the new truck payment starts in 30 days. Don’t plan on referring anyone else to this trap. More
