My wife and I bought a 2021 F150 from them in March 2023. They assured me that everything was still under the full dealer warranty given the low mileage so I wasn’t too concerned about it having any issues a They assured me that everything was still under the full dealer warranty given the low mileage so I wasn’t too concerned about it having any issues and given the low mileage expected it to be in great condition. Within a week of owning the truck I had to take it in to Ford to get fixed for a repair that wasn’t under warranty because of aftermarket parts that had not been disclosed to me when purchasing. I’ve also come to find out that the wheels on the truck that they told me were stock wheels are not and must have been switched out with an earlier year models wheels. They told me they’d fill the gas tank up when I bought it, but when I picked it up there was hardly any gas in it and they didn’t want to fill the tank. They also had a nurses discount that they gave my friend a few days prior but said they normally do give that but for some reason wouldn’t give it to us even though my wife is a nurse. Steve was extremely pushy with trying to sell the extended warranty, and was unresponsive to me except for when it was him contacting me when the dealer realized I had to go get an emissions inspection to complete the registration. My initial impression upon my first visit was that it was going to be a good honest group to work with, but the day we picked up the truck was a negative experience and I’m disappointed by the lack of disclosures that led to me having to pay for repairs already on a 20k mile truck. Would not recommend this dealer, and would not recommend working with Steve. More
