I started there a bad experience with a visit to toyota of enterprise, when i went to dothan toyota my issuse was resolved promptly with my then new sequoia. I really appreciate how all my questions and needs are answered and met. Honestly I have been a Toyota customer since 2010. I have dealt with toyota dealerships from Arizona, Florida and Alabama. Never have i been so pleased as i am with dothan toyota. My last car was purchased with Kevin Woodrow and he was great at helping get into exactly what i wanted. I met Josh Hernandez on Tuesday night when he was helping my oldest son purchase a vehicle. I was impressed by the way Josh handled himself not only with my son and daughter-in-law but the way he took an in my oldest son purchase a vehicle. I was impressed by the way Josh handled himself not only with my son and daughter-in-law but the way he took an interest in my needs for a different vehicle. After he was finished with my son we all walked outside and he showed me 3 used vehicles which were very clean and in great shape. He listened to me when I said what I wanted and/or needed. He was never pushy in any way during the whole experience while at Toyota of Dothan. On Thursday I had scheduled an appointment with Josh. After a decision was made on a vehicle we went inside and they began to work to see if they could help me get the '08 Toyota Highlander Sport. They never gave up nor did I hear anything negative in any way. My experience with Josh and the other staff that waited on me were very professional. I would like to recommend Josh Hernandez Salesman, General Manager, Keith Hamilton, Finance and Insurance Manager, Steve Barry and Chris Kramer in Finance and Insurance. They were ALL very nice and extremely helpful in getting me into this used vehicle. We went in to have our vehicle maintenance done and ended up leasing a new Toyota Tacoma. Woodrow Dean is who we normally deal with but he recommended that Rachel Simmons help us today. In the end, we leas up leasing a new Toyota Tacoma. Woodrow Dean is who we normally deal with but he recommended that Rachel Simmons help us today. In the end, we leased a new truck. We have never leased before so it is a new experience for us. This dealership is fantastic to deal with. People treat you with respect and always have time to stop and say hello. They even have taken a liking to our large dog, BJ and they don't mind when he visits with us. Toyota of Dothan has helped us with repairs, maintenance and purchases. We are glad they are there. It is hard to put into words the great experience I had at this dealer. My mom leases a new Camry every three years. I do the negotiations for her. I dealt with Toyota dealers in Marianna, Tallahassee, Panama City and Dothan. Marianna Toyota and Panama City Toyota were a waste of my time. Legacy of Toyota did not have the inventory. Dothan won out easily on all counts. My negotiations involved Wayne Patterson, Woodrow Dean, and Rachel Simmons. No matter what questions I through at them, or email price quote requests I asked for, they responded precisely and quickly. I'm located in Atlanta and had to do all my communication and negotiations remotely. Toyota of Dothan made this a breeze. In all my communications, they took me serious, unlike Panama City and Marianna. These folks were courteous, professional, and accommodating. All the details of the deal were done remotely. When my mom and I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready. Woodrow showed mom the ins and outs of how to operate the car. After that Rachel went over everything else with my mom, including manuals, paperwork, business cards, different departments of the dealership, etc. Rachel (and the rest) treated my mom like a queen. Rachel is now my go to person when the time comes to get another Toyota. Rachel is awesome and you will love her. Dealing with Toyota of Dothan was a great experience. No games, no gimmicks, no bait and switch. Everything was laid out in an honest fashion that was easy to understand. I will definitely be getting my next Toyota from Toyota of Dothan. More

We decided to purchase a new car. Went to the local dealership and we were not at all impressed. We have had bad experiences with past dealerships and were not expecting much out of them. From our salesman, the finance manager and the sales manager we were treated with respect and a feeling of appretiation for our business. These are some good people working at Toyota of Dothan. We could not be happier with our purchase. Heath Danford was such a pleasure to work with and we will continue to do our business with Toyota of Dothan for future vehicle purchases.
