Isabelle is a knowledgeable service writer. I have only had oil changes done and no problem. Once brought in for decrease in gas mileage in new truck from 24mpg to 17 mpg on same highway and fe I have only had oil changes done and no problem. Once brought in for decrease in gas mileage in new truck from 24mpg to 17 mpg on same highway and feel Dave tried to make excuses and did not do the testing I asked for. I will try to have them look at the issue again without Dave giving excuses. My experience with Madden Ford has been excellent except for Dave and excuses. Sales was great and I expect service will be fine too! More

Worst experience with them. Say one thing and do another. Would never give them my business. Came back a few days later for the paperwork and all of a sudden that was not the deal anymore. The finance guy Steve even then blamed the sales guy Jason and basically called him an idiot. Meanwhile Jason and manager Matt confirmed the deal before I left days before. So you have two idiots working for you??? I just have no words!!!! Wasted my time and would never recommend them to any of my friends or family. Not even a stranger! More
