McLarty Daniel was able to resolve an issue I have had for more than 3 years. The issue was first reported within 6 months of purchase where the passenger door lock would intermittently fail. It was not for more than 3 years. The issue was first reported within 6 months of purchase where the passenger door lock would intermittently fail. It was not reproduceable at the dealership. I finally failed a few months ago AFTER warranty had expired. I filed a complaint with Ford Corporate to no avail. I brought my problem and frustration to the MC Daniel service manager and he volunteered to cover labor if I would cover the cost of the part. A VERY fair solution. Problem solved after over 3 years of frustration. Thank you MC Daniel. More

Bad experience with service team. Could not get in touch with anyone through phone or text like I was instructed to by internal department and had to come in person. Come in and they are standing around one is eating. The first rep did not understand what my warranty was. The second rep had my date of purchase wrong saying I was past coverage and I had to correct him, I’ve only had the car a couple of months. Came to get a replacement done under warranty and was denied and told to contact insurance and file a claim. More
