Doug has the worst attitude and customer service. He treats women like they don’t know anything about cars. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place. They clearly knew there was a known issue with my car but waited until after the warranty was up to tell me they had a fix. If I could give a zero rating I would. Bottom line Doug is a xxxxxx!!! More

Take your vehicle to any other place on the planet. The customer service is the WORST I’ve ever experienced. It’s nonexistent! The really sad part is; the majority of the staff couldn’t care less. If I ever get my car back, which I’m beginning to think might happen, I will NEVER go back. This dealership doesn’t deserve to represent the FORD brand or any automotive brand for that matter. If quality repairs and good customer service are important to you, CHOOSE ANYONE OTHER THAN McLarty Daniel Ford. More
