To drop off my vehicle and pick up a loaner took almost 5 hours. When I purchased my vehicle, I said I wanted a bumper-to-bumper warranty. They told me that’s what I had. Spent a few days working with Steve. This is a very nice man, professional, easy to work with and pleasant. I spent over a decade in the Auto Industry and it is very difficult for me t This is a very nice man, professional, easy to work with and pleasant. I spent over a decade in the Auto Industry and it is very difficult for me to have even a decent experience at a dealership (for obvious reasons) but I had a great experience at Leesburg CJD working with Steve. We were unable to agree on terms to finalize a deal, but that happens. Not Steve's fault or the dealerships. The sales manager involved in our negotiation was Jorden Hayes and he was as congenial as could possibly be, straightforward with numbers and we got pretty close to making a deal. In the end, I would urge folks to remember that as a general rule, the majority of people that take the time to write a review are disgruntled folks that didn't get their way. I recommend ignoring the Google rating for the dealership, giving them an opportunity and asking for Steve if anyone is in the market for a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge vehicle. More

I had the vehicle a short time after purchasing it the vehicle developed an oil leak around the valve covers. Not only did they not stand behind the vehicle they wanted to.charge me over 3500 dollars to r vehicle developed an oil leak around the valve covers. Not only did they not stand behind the vehicle they wanted to.charge me over 3500 dollars to repair the issues that hat needed to be addressed. I took it to my mechanic and they charged under 2100 for the repair. I highly doubt not recommend CDJR. They are more about the bottom line than customer satisfaction. Overall a terrible experience with this location not worth the free hot dogs while you wait five hours for them to hide any issues the vehicle may have. More
