We've bought a ton of cars over the years and this was by far the best experience we've ever had. Zero pressure, factual approach and genuinely just really nice - which isn't something you typically can say far the best experience we've ever had. We drove from out of state and have purchased 2 vehicles in the last 2 months from them, especially since they are the only VW dealership that is able to get inventory. Second time working with Steve Broucek and the experience was so smooth and easy. Switched out of my current lease and into a new lease and was able to drive a new Taos right off the show floor. This was an easy sale for the dealership. I knew the car that I wanted and did an internet search to locate the car. I called and the salesman that answered the phone told me it wasn't on the property yet that I wanted and did an internet search to locate the car. I called and the salesman that answered the phone told me it wasn't on the property yet but would let me know when it arrived. Salesman called and I put money down to hold the car for the three days allowed by the dealership. Dealership arranged financing for me and there was a misunderstanding that I was for certain using that arranged financing when I secured financing at a local institution. Finance person seemed a little "put off" that I found financing somewhere else and didn't inform the dealership. More
