We have worked with Steve 2 of the 3 times and are always impressed with his knowledge and customer service of getting us what we want at a good price. I really agree with their motto, "Car Buying is Broken. We're Here to Fix it." We never felt pressured or push do anything that we didn't want to do while buying our cars. They give you the options and cater to what you need and want in car. We would definitely recommend this dealership. We go out of our way about 50 minutes to come up to this dealership because we know they are a good one. More

Zeck Ford is doing EVERYTHING right!!! I have been car shopping for months and I should have just started here in the first place!! I spoke with Sarah on the phone this morning to make sur I have been car shopping for months and I should have just started here in the first place!! I spoke with Sarah on the phone this morning to make sure the car I wanted to look at was available, she was very nice and professional, she set up my appointment, I was driving from Overland Park and she said they would have the vehicle ready and a sales rep ready to meet with me when I arrived. I was greeted by several smiles in the parking lot before I even reached the building and my Personal Shopper, Steve Courter, greeted me-by name and warm smile and handshake-as they were asking who I was there to see. After they made us feel right at home and offered us drinks and popcorn for my son, we got right to the test drive and Steve took us on a tour of Leavenworth. Steve was an amazing person to work with. He is the most genuine, friendly, easy going person. I honestly felt like I was car shopping with family. Again, I should have just come here first. I really appreciate all of the people I met with today. Everyone went above and beyond and it wasn't even like they had to try hard, they were just all exceptional human beings just being themselves and doing an amazing job. I can't say thank you enough. I would give 10 stars if I could! More
