They sold me a car with Continental tires that came with a warranty. They claim they can't honor this warranty unless you purchase their tire warranty plans at a great expense. My tire just split open one day and they claim it was something I did in order to get out of covering it through the manufacturer warranty. I had cheaper options to replace the tire but went to them believing they would cover it under the manufacturers warranty. Typical dealership rip off tactics and I will not be purchasing my next Mercedes through them. More

No 450 GLS for black women! pay sticker price or get out !!! This dealer engages in racial profiling!! I recently went in to test drive a GLE 350 and i quickly realized that i needed a larger vehicle. when i inquired about the larger GLS i was asked to show the ENTIRE value of the car in a account and it had to be there for at least six months!! As a black latino woman who has worked her entire life and has the right to purchase any vehicle i can afford, I feel underestimated, undervalued and marginalized by this dealers actions. Im questioned about my finances, my career and my need for a GLS.. its insulting and i won't be spending 80'g at this dealership and neither should you. TIME IS UP !!! stop treating people differently because of their sex, color or your preconceived notions about who deserves to own a MB, and sell cars... that is what you do, right???? Mercedes-Benz USA should be embarrassed and ashamed of MB catonville !!! i was offered the GLS at sticker... who pays sticker price ?? why should i pay sticker price?? because I'm a woman who walked in alone? or is it because i don't need your financing??? or is it because of my color??? if you are in the business to sell cars... sell them. don't discriminate against people !!! its not cool and it has me looking at MBUSA like they're a bunch of racist !!!!! what type of business is this?? if you only serve white males without question place a sign that says "whites only, everyone else, prepare for extreme vetting" More

The dealership has me for life I stopped in to have my car serviced when I saw the new C300 in the showroom. After finalizing my paperwork for the service Steve walked over casually I stopped in to have my car serviced when I saw the new C300 in the showroom. After finalizing my paperwork for the service Steve walked over casually asked if I wanted any more information - he ensured he wasn't interrupting anything and was extremely respectful. As I found out throughout the rest of the day his level of professionalism and overall demeanor is what companies should strive to have. I've never felt so comfortable while talking to a "sales person" in my life. I didn't have a single question left unanswered, objection or feeling of haste throughout the process from start to finish. After some back and forth with Financing, I was slid a paper with "You win!" handwritten at the top. This is one of the few times that I actually felt the way it was presented. After this, a few handshakes and some paperwork I was introduced to Juliana who walked over with enthusiasm and an iPad. She flipped through the technology included in the car, asking if I had any questions about any of it. If I did, she would check the box and I would be sent more information / details. Nice to have for the future if needed. She also ensured I didn't have any questions before I drove my new car off the lot. Overall, extremely pleasant (and to be honest: impressive) experience that will resonate with me for years. They've earned my business for life. Bottom line: I know that they're never going to give me the run around or desert me when I reach out with a question. I don't think they'll ever let me down, nor will I ever have to say goodbye. More

Top Notch Service I had been searching for a vehicle for about six months. I came across this vehicle on cars.com and from the time I called to check availability unti I had been searching for a vehicle for about six months. I came across this vehicle on cars.com and from the time I called to check availability until the time I got to MD my experience was very pleasurable. I drove 5 hrs from the Hampton Roads VA area all the way to MD for this vehicle. When I finally arrived the salesman Steve told me 3 people had came to see the vehicle but he turned everyone away being that I was coming so far. He was like my knight and shining armor literally. I test drove the car fell in love instantly and now I have my car. I have never experienced customer service like this. I was in and out in an hour time. I have to give Steve and the entire MB team two thumbs up! . GREAT JOB!!! More

This was an outstanding experience. My wife and I have bought over 15 new cars the past 28 years and this was our first Mercedes purchase. Beginning with sales and ending in finance, the whole experience bought over 15 new cars the past 28 years and this was our first Mercedes purchase. Beginning with sales and ending in finance, the whole experience far exceeded our expectations. Steve DeMaio, Dimitri (finance) and Vitaly (general manager) were awesome to work with. We will definitely recommend Mercedes of Catonsville to others. More

The experience was wonderful. They were very concerned about making sure I got what I wanted and not the other way around. I really appreciate all their help. Steve, the salesperson was new and he did a about making sure I got what I wanted and not the other way around. I really appreciate all their help. Steve, the salesperson was new and he did a good job. He could learn a little more about the car but i am sure that will come with time. Brian was an excellent Manager and did not hesitate to give me the deal I wanted at the price I wanted. I would buy from them again when its time for a new one :) wonderful people. More
