Amazing job! I brought my 911 in to repair a broken windshield wiper hose. My regular service advisor, Steve Ellis, scheduled my service and arranged a loaner. The I brought my 911 in to repair a broken windshield wiper hose. My regular service advisor, Steve Ellis, scheduled my service and arranged a loaner. The work was completed correctly and quickly. I couldn’t be happier. I have owned many cars over the years and no other dealership has reached the high levels of customer service in their sales department (Thank you Dan Gibbs-purchased my 911 and my wife’s Macan from him), their business department, and in their service department (thanks Steve) than Rusnak has. i even appreciated the Porsche chocolates at the end of the service. Well done guys! I’m a life long customer! More
