Originally from Holland and has been in the states now for 39 years. He is a former restaurant owner and worked for the Ritz Carlton for 5 years.

Excellent Service! I took my CPO Cayman S in because the headliner had dropped down from the roof. Steve initially thought that there may be some clips missing but after I took my CPO Cayman S in because the headliner had dropped down from the roof. Steve initially thought that there may be some clips missing but after further investigation it turned out that the headliner is a single piece held in place by rubber trim around the perimeter. The tech repositioned the headliner and it seems to be remaining in place. Coincidentally, the left cupholder broke at the same time and was replaced under warranty. I was given a loaner and kept informed of progress. The work was completed on time. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, knowledgable, and courteous. As always, it is a pleasure dealing with Rusnak. More

A little rattle, No problem I drove my 2014 911 Turbo S in for service. I was hearing a annoying rattle from the rear end of the car. Porsche master technician took me in the car I drove my 2014 911 Turbo S in for service. I was hearing a annoying rattle from the rear end of the car. Porsche master technician took me in the car for a test drive he heard the rattle and said they would look into it. My car has a Porsche preowned service contract. Which would cover any mechanical problems with the car. I was given a service loaner a Panamera this was on Thursday afternoon told him that I was going to be out of town for the weekend and I said no problem will talk to you on Monday. Midmorning Monday I received a phone call from search apartment saying that my car was ready and able to be picked up anytime. The car is sounds well thank you to Rusnak’s Service staff and the service Advisers for their speedy work. Devoted Porsche owner . More
