I purchased a vechile with Sapaugh in June of 2011. I must admit I had not planned on purchasing a low mileage vechile. I was looking to go in there and get me something with high miles to get back in f must admit I had not planned on purchasing a low mileage vechile. I was looking to go in there and get me something with high miles to get back in forth to work. I was standing in the parking lot and met Steve Ermer. The thing I like about Steve is that he was honest. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't want. I work in retail so I'm always looking for a bargin, and know the tricks of the trades when it goes to trying to sell something to people they really don't want. After spending time with Steve and telling him what I was looking for, I really liked the fact that he listen to what I was saying and helped me get into the right car. While filling out the paperwork for the car he told me that after I purchased the car if I need anything that all I had to do was call and he would help me out. I must say that I have had a couple of minor problems with the car and Steve and Sapaugh has been a business that stands on there word. Thank you Steve you are a great asset to your company. More

I experienced great overall service. They even found legitimate additional items that needed serviced. All items were covered under the extended warranty that I purchased when I purchased my GMC envoy u legitimate additional items that needed serviced. I would like to say....Steve is a great person and he did everything. I asked. I was a person that said I would never buy from Saupagh again and because of Steve I have eaten my words.....
