With new management, poor customer service because they dismissed long time employees who knew what they were doing and could answer questions and knew enough about the products to be able to help. I bought a hyundai from them guess I didn't do my homework, I'm 3000 upside down, in other words it's worth less than I paid. I have had it a year and the air bag light is on, and now the ac stopped homework, I'm 3000 upside down, in other words it's worth less than I paid. I have had it a year and the air bag light is on, and now the ac stopped working and the dealer at fayetteville ford said too bad they don't service it even though I bought it from them. I wouldn't recommend that attitude to anyone. I will never return there and will not recommend them. J r norton 678 530 7174. More

Earlier this week salesman Levial Arnold wa 0 years Last 2 Ford vehicles purchased a Glynn Street location. Excellent and professional at all times. Earlier this week salesman Levial Arnold was very courteous and patient as he helped my wife and I in trading in our 2018 Edge and driving off in our 2022 Edge ST. Mr Arnold was at all times very knowledgeable and never "pushed" us to conclude the deal without looking at every available option. We were and we are satisfied with the level and standard of service we were offered. The Ford sales staff and in particular Mr Levial Arnold have our praise and gratitude.. Ted and Marlia Matthews.
