Willing to do what it takes I was in a bad situation... My current vehicle left me stranded on the way home from work.. had it towed to Hardy Supercenter, and was greeted by St I was in a bad situation... My current vehicle left me stranded on the way home from work.. had it towed to Hardy Supercenter, and was greeted by Steve Garner. Within two hours, I was in a new vehicle, and headed home... Steve was Superior to work with, up front, and gave me a fair deal. Three weeks later, and I'm thinking my old truck did me a favor, by breaking down..... Used diesel truck purchase Let's face it, buying a car is never an easy thing. Did we get the best deal, did we pay too much, etc etc. That being said, there was not the usual Let's face it, buying a car is never an easy thing. Did we get the best deal, did we pay too much, etc etc. That being said, there was not the usual pressure to buy here. Our salesman did what he could do for us, went back to the manager several times, and finally said he could do no better than this and the price was as low as it could go. There was no gimmicks/add-ons/or surprises. I would give them a 5, but the nature of car buying always leaves you wondering. When they can take that out of the equation, it won't be a stress filled, argumentative, antagonistic approach to buying something that is such an important need. That being said, I got a nice truck that will be sure to last me a long time, from a very nice and honest sales person. Thank you Mr. Steve Garner for your time, it was a good experience and we'll be back again I'm sure. More

Very smooth transition into a new truck! Our saleman Steve Garner was great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the truck.
