Hands down, best experience ever! Held true to everything they said and more! They gave us a loner car for 3weeks so we could ensure keeping the most value for my trade in car. We drove an hour just to get to them and I would absolutely do it again anytime for the quality and care experience. Most dealers just want to sell you a car this group wanted to take care of you. Wonderful sales staff! We first visited the dealership on a day it was closed. The following day we were able to drive the one we were most interested in. The sales person Joe went with us for the test drive. Joe was informative without overdoing it. I’m not a fan of pushy and not once did I feel pushed, just comfortable. There were a few things that needed to be fixed on the SUV we were looking at and without hesitation those things were promised to be fixed. Joe even made a call to us on his nonwork hours to make sure we had all info possible. Things got a little rough with the info between the paperwork and the bank but all was well and I was able to take the SUV home with a note to play the final price. We left with a great sales experience! Thanks Joe for all your help! More

The reason for my visit was to lower my car payments if possible. The best option was to lease which I agreed that would lower my payments. However, there were a couple of surprises at the end of the agreement that did not set well with me. One was that the sales person had not told me that there was a "turn in" fee if any dings, dents etc repairs exceed $1000. This was explained to me by the Finance Manager. I was given the option of purchasing Easy Care Select 6....which I did to. The fact that this was not transparent up front was almost a deal breaker and stressful. The second piece of the deal that came at finance time was the Dealer document processing fee, * which I understand will be waived if I choose to lease again when the current lease is up. And lastly, I had to bring up the fact that I had extended warranty of the trade in vehicle and was not told that I would receive a refund. That was an expensive oversight. Even though Rachel Gioscio was fairly new to her job, she did a fine job. I would recommend her and Bob Wade Subaru to my friends. More
