Having gone through the car buying experience many times in the past with not a lot of positive recollections I am happy to report this visit was different. Even though Molle had many different Sienna's to in the past with not a lot of positive recollections I am happy to report this visit was different. Even though Molle had many different Sienna's to choose from my wife was very specific with exactly what she wanted so Tony Rubbo custom ordered the exact one she wanted. We were excited to learn that her car arrived before the estimated arrival date and so we went that evening to pick it up. We were not able to arrange child care for our 1 and 5 year olds on such short notice so they came along. When we got there Steve Hennecke saw that we were with children so he offered to do the paperwork in Molle's kid's room. So there we were sitting at the kids table getting everything signed while our children played in the backround. After we signed what we needed to sign my wife was given a full tutorial on all the options of her new car. Soon after this we were on our way. What we thought was going to be a hectic and drawn-out experience ended up being a very easy and quick one. The overall experience from our first visit to our last was very positive so we can honestly say that we would have no reservations in recommending Molle Toyota to our friends and family. More

This was a very positive buying experience. We were not pressured in any way and were given all the time we needed to ask questions. We worked through the Costco car buying program and were referred to Mol pressured in any way and were given all the time we needed to ask questions. We worked through the Costco car buying program and were referred to Molle Toyota which is located near our home. Scott was our initial contact. He was very positive, took us for a test drive and after determining our needs, presented us with what I consider to be a fair price. This process was superior to many of my past experiences. Steve took over when we came in to pick up the car. He made us feel comfortable and was very patient and gave us a detailed explanation of the important information that we needed before driving away. In fact, he stayed with us after closing time. He also showed us the different departments in the dealership. Steve then called the next day to see how everything was going. Both Scott and Steve let us know that we could call at any time with questions. Everyone else that we spoke to at Molle reinforced our feeling that we are very fortunate to have purchased our Prius here. More

When I purchased my first Camery Hybrid 2007 Aniversary edition I did not try to negociate price. I felt that I got a good deal, but several of my friends bought Camary Hybrids and got somewhat better pri edition I did not try to negociate price. I felt that I got a good deal, but several of my friends bought Camary Hybrids and got somewhat better prices from other dealers. Therefore when I shopped for my 2010 Prius I studied the pricing at several dealers and concluded that I needed to at least check around. After doing this I was very close to purchasing from another dealer in St Louis. The price was so close that it came down to who I liked. I like Steve Hennecke. He brought Rick over to negociate a final price. Rick was very nice and honest. We discussed the paper work price and prep, and I stated that from this point on I wanted to know what my end price was going to be. Every thing that was discussed was exactly what he said it would be at closing. I settled for a different color car than I wanted, but I intend to come back when the plug in Prius is available. I thought I would get good milage with the new Prius and I have not been dissapointed. After 450 miles during the first tank of gas, I am getting 56.5mpg with an overall average speed of 28miles per hour. I noticed that when crusing at 60mph that I am getting from 55 to 75 mpg, easily averaging 65mpg. Should you tell others of this gas milage, I must admit that I am accellerating on full electric to 25mph and this is slower then the average 18 wheeler from a stop light. I am pissing people off, but I am also cheating the arabs out of a great deal of money. That makes me very happy. The Prius is a pleasure to drive. I have 2 times when I had to hit the gas to change lanes, to avoid someone stupid. The Prius performance is on the level of my very quick Acura Integra, at 60mph. I have owned a high performance Corvette with 550hp, that could hit 60 in 3.8 sec. I think I like this Prius as much as my Corvette, and only miss the adrenaline rush. In summary: Thanks for a great car and very nice people who are honest and sincere, to quote Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'LL BE BACK" Dave Noble More

The service that I had at Molle Toyota was impeccable. Being a first time car buyer I didn't know what to look for in a new car. Initially I went to Molle Toyota, because I trusted the name in car sales and knew that they would take good care of me. The sales team helped me find a car that was suitable for my age, budget, and needs. They steered me in the right direction by comparing the different vehicles they had, so that I could decide what I would like best. From the friendliness of the staff to the quality of service that they provide, Molle Toyota is the best place to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
