Oh really? Mike’s been gone for 2 years? That’s interesting given the fact that I purchased my car in December 2024. I didn’t realize Wilde Subaru knows how to clone salesmen.
I’m fed up with the complete disrespect from your dealership. Not only was the car buying process & the administrative side nothing but a nightmare, but even on the service side you guys have no clue what you’re doing.
I brought my vehicle there last month for a warranty repair that was already looked at and now I’m dealing with the same issue. On top of that you are more interested in PR than actually responding to your customers since Michael has ignored my emails when I told him the same issue is happening again. And not only that but I had to leave my car there over the weekend and the rental I picked up was full of bird poop, had to spend money out of my pocket to clean the car and not only that but when I picked up my car, it was covered in bird poop.
Tell Michael to keep ignoring my emails, I’ve already filed a complaint with Subaru and I’ll be working through them to resolve the issue. I’m fed up with your dealership and the blatant disrespect from your team.
And I truly don’t care that the service side is not your department, Wilde Subaru has done nothing but drop the ball on a customer.
We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership as
well as having our maintenance done by them. This latest purchase was to replace a previous Subaru with a new one.

Everything went at my pace. The purchase time was tedious, but that has been the same for forever. I likes the all digital process with a flash drive to store instead of a mound of paperwork. Overall quite the pleasant experience.
