We bought a hybrid CRV, which is the fifth Honda we've bought from this dealer. The prices have always been fair, and the service is generally excellent. The person we worked with this time, Steve Knopf bought from this dealer. The prices have always been fair, and the service is generally excellent. The person we worked with this time, Steve Knopf, was terrific. He was straightforward and genuine (i.e., no slick salesman persona), and he went out and got the car we wanted despite very limited to non-existent availability. Financing was quick and no pressure as well. Altogether a very pleasant experience! More
