Overall my experience was okay...the sales person did what he could to assist...however, i I was a bit dissapointed in the way the deal was handled....$1000.00 was deducted due to the car fax report....I what he could to assist...however, i I was a bit dissapointed in the way the deal was handled....$1000.00 was deducted due to the car fax report....I also paid full price for this car so overall the dealership maid a huge profit and I received a deal that really was very poor....I did not get a thorough review of the features of this car....being a Honda customer for decades, did not matter....and within 2 weeks, I had a flat tire...I did not get the gift certificate that was mentioned in the promotion and a week later, I received another promotion, offering me a higher price for my trade....as a female, as I reflect on my experience, I truly felt like I was disadvantage...
