Unfortunately my sales rep Steve was not available to complete my transaction due to a personal emergency so the end of the process was handled by someone in the office. Once I signed the paperwork an complete my transaction due to a personal emergency so the end of the process was handled by someone in the office. Once I signed the paperwork and provided the check, I was handed the keys and pointed in the direction of the car. No walk through or explanation of the features as I had with other car purchases. .
