Steve, Tim, and Bill were very helpful with their knowledge of the product, and their patience in answering my questions. Plus, Steve was very helpful in my decision to purchase a new Toyota Camry r knowledge of the product, and their patience in answering my questions. Plus, Steve was very helpful in my decision to purchase a new Toyota Camry rather than a used one. He didn't push one direction over the other, but patiently answered my questions. The incentives were key to my purchase, so I would recommend asking about these early in the buying process. More

Steve epitomizes what a service provider should be: Informative, pleasant and forthright -- answering questions succinctly and with candor refreshing in this industry. If he thinks a service is recommended (based on his experience), he will say so, and likewise he won't try to sell you on a service or maintenance item which you do not currently need. I have dealt with pushy/ less-than-candid service providers, even at this dealership, but Steve is a departure from that. I would recommend anyone looking to service their vehicle at CR Toyota seek out Steve. You will be grateful for it. More

We have bought Toyotas since 1988 at Cedar Rapids Toyota. You have the choice to buy new vehicles at multiple dealerships but it is the great service that keeps us coming back to CR Toyota. Cedar Rapids Toyota sent me a reminder that I needed a 50,000 mile check on the 2010 Prius (purchased at CR Toyota) and included a 10% disount coupon. Using their web site i was able to set up the appoin 50,000 mile check on the 2010 Prius (purchased at CR Toyota) and included a 10% disount coupon. Using their web site i was able to set up the appointment for the 50,000 mile check and later change my appointment to include an oil change. When I arrived the friendly staff promptly checked me in and within an hour all of hte work was finished. The waiting room was clean and had fresh coffee, cookies, and pie! More

Came in on Christmas Eve. Day, early morning as I had a dead battery. My triple AAA came to my home that morning jump started my vehicle and tested my battery as it had a dead cell. I immediately brought m dead battery. My triple AAA came to my home that morning jump started my vehicle and tested my battery as it had a dead cell. I immediately brought my vehicle in, Toyota tested my battery, put a new battery in and I was on my way. I was very thankful that this was done without hesitation or question in professional manner.
