At the end of my 24 month service appointment, I was given a packet with recommended services and an explanation of the effect of heat on vehicle fluids. The packet stated that differential fluid change given a packet with recommended services and an explanation of the effect of heat on vehicle fluids. The packet stated that differential fluid changes should be performed at 18 months or 18,000 miles whichever comes first regardless of mileage (due to the effect of intense AZ heat on fluids). When I asked my service advisor why I wasn't told about the fluid change at my 18 month appointment, she became defensive, condescending and hung up on me when I asked to see a service manager. I will not be returning to this dealership. More
