Steve Lobaugh is the antithesis of car salesmen. He is kind, helpful, patient, considerate, knowledgeable, sensitive to the customer’s needs and pleasant to work with. I came in with a definite idea of what I wanted to see that day. Steve showed me what was available within those parameters. I went home and did my research. Checked out other dealerships, but didn’t got the same service or attention. Came back to New Motors with different parameters, moving from a Crosstrek to a Forester. He found exactly what I wanted. And since taking my Forester Ltd home he has continued to help this 70+ year old Lady with questions. More
