New Motors Subaru are the best! When I started shopping for my new Subaru, I called at least a dozen dealerships. I went to a few, test drove some vehicles, but the service and attitude were not what you w for my new Subaru, I called at least a dozen dealerships. I went to a few, test drove some vehicles, but the service and attitude were not what you would expect. My main concern was how much over MSRP most of these dealerships were asking. When I asked, why?I was told, “This is just the way we do it.” Not to me! After all, I’m shelling out $30+ grand of my hard earned money. I expect a little respect! When I called New Motors, I got great customer service immediately. From phone conversations, email, and in person conversations, my concerns and needs were addressed. Steve was always there to answer any question. He was very helpful, and made sure I had a smooth transaction. He actually went above and beyond, spending an afternoon with my daughter and I, so she could get the Subaru she wanted. More

Came here in hopes of a BMW I had seen online. We knew it wasnt going to be there long and a lot of people were interested. Steve had gone above and beyond to make sure we had a chance to check it out if we wasnt going to be there long and a lot of people were interested. Steve had gone above and beyond to make sure we had a chance to check it out if we had wanted it. We knew we could probably find a vehicle there in our budget but we wanted this one. I half expected the lot to tell us that they already had people looking at it and try to push us on to something else. But Steve had found us those keys and got us test driving. He helped us every step of the way with getting to see the car, setting up the insurance, carfax, everything. He made the whole experience easy when buying a car is usually far from easy. Ive purchased 2 used cars before in different states. And have been with a few people to purchase theirs. Most dont actually listen to you they just want your money. Steve however had made me and my fiance feel like we were old friends from highschool. I will definetly be reccomending Steve and New Motors to all my friends and family. Thank you so much.
