Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, was told I needed a fuel induction service as well. Was quoted an amount for all 3 services. During the service, was told I needed new tires and no tire told I needed a fuel induction service as well. Was quoted an amount for all 3 services. During the service, was told I needed new tires and no tire rotation would be performed, no problem. When I picked up my car (I had to call and ask if ready, was not notified when it was), the amount charged was over the quoted amount, even though only 2 of the 3 services had been performed. I know it's a luxury vehicle and maintenance costs are high, but did not understand why the quoted amount to the actual amount was so different, when these are routine services. Was also told a quote had been sent to me for tires, but I never received it. More
