Avoid Audi Coral Springs at all costs, especially their service department. After three separate chances, this dealership does not care about its customers. The service manager, Steven Meyer, was combative service department. After three separate chances, this dealership does not care about its customers. The service manager, Steven Meyer, was combative and dismissive, making what should’ve been a simple service visit into a miserable experience. This wasn’t my first issue with them, either. Years ago, their sales team tried playing shady last-minute pricing games when I was shopping for an Audi. I should have known better. I only came back for service because it was convenient—a big mistake. They charge more than other Audi dealerships, offer worse service, and treat you like you’re the problem. After finally switching to a different Audi location farther away, the difference was unbelievable—respectful service, honest pricing, and no headaches. Spare yourself the aggravation. Don’t trust this place with your car or your money. You’ll regret it. More
