Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, was told I needed a fuel induction service as well. Was quoted an amount for all 3 services. During the service, was told I needed new tires and no tire told I needed a fuel induction service as well. Was quoted an amount for all 3 services. During the service, was told I needed new tires and no tire rotation would be performed, no problem. When I picked up my car (I had to call and ask if ready, was not notified when it was), the amount charged was over the quoted amount, even though only 2 of the 3 services had been performed. I know it's a luxury vehicle and maintenance costs are high, but did not understand why the quoted amount to the actual amount was so different, when these are routine services. Was also told a quote had been sent to me for tires, but I never received it. More

Service took several days which is ok but when it came to updating me there is significant room for improvement. I called twice to get an update and didn't get a callback. I was told I would get a text before the job would be done so I could approve it but I did not receive one. When I picked up my car I did not receive a good explanation as to what was done. The guy who helped me told me to ask the young man giving me the invoice and my keys what had been done to my car. Furthermore, I was charged a gas fee when I returned the loaner car despite the fact that I returned it at the level I received it with. I called about this and a female worker said she would call me back about it but never did. Disappointed with the service overall. More
