Over the years, I have owned, operated and managed multiple repair facilities as well as managing multiple parts warehouses, wholesale and retail stores. It is a very nice place to get service done. I would have appreciated it if the service department told me that they had a $50.00 special discount on my service. My service representative, Steve Meyer, truly stood out—he was friendly, personable, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer.
