When you walk in the dealership This is my second car leased from Audi Coral Springs and I think they got me hooked for years to come :-) Here is why. When you walk in the dealership, you feel like you are in the family. Everyone is cheerful, ready to help, offer advice or just chit chat. I walked in the dealership last Sunday just to do a test drive without any intention to buy that day. My sales person Tony D'Argenzio was readily available, entertaining as his usual self, cracking jokes here and there but still staying on the point of showing me all features of new vehicle. I met Tony many times in the dealership before during my service visits and can say with total confidence that he is one of the best on the floor. He made my experience of buying a $40K+ vehicle as if I went to Publix for a grocery shopping. No price or time pressure at all. My boyfriend met him for the first time and even he was impressed by Tony's professionalism and easy-going character. Tony entertained us by hanging on the door of the vehicle to show Audi's durability and Geno Walsh, General Sales Manager, even offered to make some push-ups for us :-) Tony didn't lose patience to show me various vehicles driving us around in a golf cart until I chose the colors I want. Jim Phillips, Finance Manager, was outstanding as usual. I bought my first vehicle form him when he was in sales. He explained all the terms of the contract, convinced me to sign up for maintenance and road hazard plans with ease and surprised my be a very high credit score. Everything was wrapped up in less than 2 hours. Tony spent his sweet time explaining me everything after the deal was done, programmed my home link and wend above and beyond to make me happy. And separate thanks to my Service manager, Steve Meyer. He is one of the reasons I would be buying cars from Audi Coral Springs again and again. Service visits are never a pain, never a long wait and always professional and extremely quick. All people you work with know me and when I walk in the dealership I get an extremely pleasant experience. Thank you guys so much, I love my new Q5! More

1st time service experience at Audi Coral Springs Nobody ever wants to get their car serviced but I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had. My engine light came on unexpected in Nobody ever wants to get their car serviced but I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had. My engine light came on unexpected in the middle of my work day. I drove over to Audi Coral Springs. As I pulled up and my name appeared on the computer screen, which I thought was pretty cool. Steve Kincaid, whom sold me my car, was there to greet me and bought me inside to talk with Steve Meyer about my issue. Talk about SERVICE!! Mr Meyer was understanding and very helpful considering this was an unexpected service visit. He quickly offered me a car to use to go back to work while they checked out my car since it was in the middle of my work day but I decided to stay and do some computer work while I waited. Steve walked me over to the waiting area & gave me a bottle of water. The wait area is very comfortable with a cafe inside. This area is CLEAN, QUITE and the internet connection was awesome. We all know wait areas are usually not clean and internet connection usually weak. I was able to get a lot of work done because of the environment Audi Coral Spring has created for their customers. That one reason right there is why I will not mind coming back for future service visits. Anytime any staff member walked into the cafe they asked if any of us waiting on our cars needed anything. It just goes to show you how much they care about their customers and how much they enjoy where they work. Thank you for a great experience, fixing my car in a timely manor & providing an environment to help busy people, like myself, to still be productive and get work done when an unexpected engine light goes on in the middle of your work day!! Trustworthy Audi service I recently moved to the Broward County area and needed to find a reliable service center for my Audi Convertible. I had service done at another area A I recently moved to the Broward County area and needed to find a reliable service center for my Audi Convertible. I had service done at another area Audi dealer and felt that I had been ripped off. So when my "Check Engine" light came on I wanted to take it to someone else. A local VW dealer sent me some coupons for service on Audi's. They did a good job on an oil change but said the "Check Engine" light was due to a faulty intake manifold and gave me an estimate of $1700. I thought that was a little stiff and wanted a second opinion. I had no trouble making a service appointment on line. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly service agent who directed me to the service coordinators. Steve Meyer and I discussed the car problem. He introduced me to the mechanic that would be making the repairs and showed me the café where I could wait until the mechanic had a good diagnosis. I went to the café and made a cup of coffee and sat down to read the news. In a few minutes Steve came in and said that the mechanic had found the problem, a broken vacuum line. The part would cost about $40 and could be installed in a few minutes. He also said the battery needed replacement. The end result I left with a properly running car with a new battery for more than a thousand dollars than what the VW dealer estimated. I am a very happy customer. More

Steve Meyer kept me informed of how it was going and while I was waiting I asked my salesperson Richardson Baptiste questions I had about my car and he took me out to one on the lot to answer everything I needed to know. While waiting in the cafe I was handed the TV control and told to help myself to whatever I wanted to drink. They make it very easy to spend time there while the service is being done. I am definitely recommending them to my friends for sales and service. Thanks for the great work. More
