I’m originally from Westchester, NY and relocated to South Florida in 1985 where I attended Taravella High School and went on to the University of Florida. “Go Gators” My automotive repair background started with my family 30 years before I was born so it was natural that I followed the family business tradition. Over the years, I have owned, operated and managed multiple repair facilities as well as managing multiple parts warehouses, wholesale and retail stores. During my 10 years with Audi, I have attained the Audi Magna Status multiple years. Service has been consistently great, unfortunately, I visit to the point of frustration. My A5, being my third Audi, has been a terrible experience and will never buy another Audi again. Service was excellent, friendly and efficient. Facility was comfortable and amenable to waiting. Even had Wifi so I could get work done while I waited. Work was done expeditiously. I have been a customer for this dealership over 6 years now, owning 2 wonderful Audi S4. My experience has always been consistently exceptional. Steve Meyer and the Service team there always provide me w now, owning 2 wonderful Audi S4. My experience has always been consistently exceptional. Our service consultant, Steve Meyer, is always extremely helpful with honest and expert advice on service necessary to insure long-term care of our car as well as our safety. We brought the car in for a routine 75K service and found out we badly needed new brakes and pads. The car was ready when he said it would be, and the costs were explained and broken down to us in advance. We were also advised as to work that needs to be done in the near future and the costs associated with it. More
