This was the third car I purchased from Audi Coral Springs and Anthony Segreto, who makes the sales process easy. Jim also helped explain, simplify and expedite the F and I process and after three years of service on my last car and my wife's car, I know I can could on Steve to take care of my new investment. I looked at other cars, but once I again decided Audi was the way to go, there was really no consideration of other Audi dealers. There is no other place to go to get an Audi to me. More

My car needed a tune up and beyond what was covered by Audi, Steve recommended that I rotate my tires to maximize their life and a cool air induction cleaning. I drive over 40 miles to have my A8 serviced by Steve at Coral Springs Audi, even though there is a dealer located just 10 minues away from my home. Why travel this distance just for service? Because I have complete trust that when Steve tells me what my vehicle needs (as well as the accompanying cost) are legitimate and necessary. I have been a customer of Steve's for over 8 years. Several years ago my daughter's A-4 had to be towed to another dealer near where she attended college. The service person told me there was sludge in the engine and the cost was over $2,000 to repair it. I didn't have a good feeling about that whole process so I called Steve and ran the scenario by him. He told me in no uncertain terms that this was under warranty and insist they cover it. I had lost all confidence in that dealership and had AAA tow the vehicle up to Steve for repairs. (The towing distance was over 70 miles...but well worth it.) This is just one example. There are other examples as well....which is why I drive the distance to have all our family's Audis serviced at this dealersip. To sum it up: when Steve Meyer advises that we need new tires, or recommends any service, I have no reason to look elsewhere for a second opinion or price. To me, that says it all. More
