I have owned 2 A4s over the past 7 years. My first one was purchased at Audi Coral Springs and the other from another South Florida Audi dealer. Took my 2nd car to the other dealer for routine maintenance was purchased at Audi Coral Springs and the other from another South Florida Audi dealer. Took my 2nd car to the other dealer for routine maintenance and had nothing but trouble. I had to wait in the lobby for over 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then they didn't even bother to call me to tell me the parts needed to be ordered and I could avoid driving back to the dealer that day, so I wasted a trip. I should have avoided the whole issue and just gone to Audi Coral Springs. Since my first car, I have always had Steve Meyer as my Service Rep and plan to continue the relationship well into the future as an Audi owner. Upon arrival to Audi Coral Springs, they have a full staff of greaters in the service bay. As soon as I enter the lobby, Steve takes a moment to say hello, even if he's working with another Customer. He's very thorough with his explanations about any issue and what Audi recommends as a remedy. The paperwork is always ready to go and very organized, which I value highly. It demonstrates his thoroughness and ability to do his job extremely well. On a side note, they always have a nice Audi loaner car ready. At the other dealer, I typically recieved a rental car of low quality from their onsite rental agency. I'm sure that's cost effective on their end, however; as an owner who pays additional for the Audi Care, I have come to expect an Audi loaner. Overall, the entire process with Steve Meyer and the team at Audi Coral Springs is very smooth. There's nothing worse than knowing you will have to spend a lot of money and get frustrated or confused at the same time. I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs and if you do, request Steve. More
