I’m originally from Westchester, NY and relocated to South Florida in 1985 where I attended Taravella High School and went on to the University of Florida. “Go Gators” My automotive repair background started with my family 30 years before I was born so it was natural that I followed the family business tradition. Over the years, I have owned, operated and managed multiple repair facilities as well as managing multiple parts warehouses, wholesale and retail stores. During my 10 years with Audi, I have attained the Audi Magna Status multiple years. I would not recommend this location for service. I was presented with a quote for over $8,000 for repairs that, after further review, turned out to be completely unnecessary. In addition to the pricing concerns, my experience with the service manager was disappointing. The approach felt overly aggressive and sales-driven rather than focused on transparency and customer care. I strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before authorizing major repairs here.
