Disappointed that you charge a fee for using a debit/credit card. You should reconsider that policy. I try to avoid the businesses that do this. I have used Honda Services for all my Hondas over t debit/credit card. You should reconsider that policy. I try to avoid the businesses that do this. I was pleased with the service advisor and the service (it was only an oil and filter change) but very displeased about the new policy of charging 3% for credit card usage when the prices for the service (it was only an oil and filter change) but very displeased about the new policy of charging 3% for credit card usage when the prices for the service appears to have stayed the same, thus increasing the 'profit' for Shottenkirk.
