Showed up a @9 Am for an oil change in my Pilot. These are first come first served. I was told it would probably be over an hour of wait time which I said was fine. I was used to having an appointme These are first come first served. I was told it would probably be over an hour of wait time which I said was fine. I was used to having an appointment at another local dealer and being ther 2-3 hours. It was approximately an hour and fifteen minutes and the service coordinator was apologizing for the extra wait which was not a problem. Super nice staff and efficient. More
