I drove an hour and a half to buy my new Honda, and I would do it again without hesitation. After owning four Toyota vehicles in a row, I made the switch to Honda, and this dealership made the decision incredibly easy. From the moment I walked in, I felt less like a customer and more like family.
The buying process was honest, smooth, and completely pressure-free. Even better, when I came back on Monday with additional questions and needed help setting up a few features, everyone welcomed me back and took the time to make sure I understood everything. That level of customer service doesn’t end when you drive off the lot, and it says a lot about the people here.
The dealership itself is outstanding. If you work remotely or need a place to wait during service, they have fast Wi-Fi, multiple comfortable seating areas, flexible workspaces, and complimentary espresso, coffee, and specialty drinks. It’s one of the nicest dealership facilities I’ve ever visited.
Whether you’re shopping for a new Honda, a used vehicle, or need Honda service in Southaven, I can’t recommend Southaven Honda enough. Excellent people, an incredible facility, and a customer experience that truly stands out. They’ve earned a customer for life.
