Always great service I consider the service department an important part of any car purchase decision. Fact is, since I tend to keep to keep my cars for 10 - 15 years, I I consider the service department an important part of any car purchase decision. Steve has consistently measured not only up to the bar but past it. His staff just gets better and better. More

State Inspection Fly By I called the service department on 4/1 after realizing that my inspection sticker had expired 3/31. They made an appointment for me for first thing 4/2 (7:00 am). I was in and out by 7:50. Record time for inspection. Thanks to all for such great service. By the way, the new service area is quite nice. This was my first visit since the remodel. More

I've been using Keystone Motors Berwyn to service my Volvo's for over 20 years. During this time, I've had 4 different models, all pre-owned and certified. While I did not purchase any of the vehicles t Volvo's for over 20 years. During this time, I've had 4 different models, all pre-owned and certified. While I did not purchase any of the vehicles through Keystone Motors, their consistent level of high quality service has kept me coming back. Costs are, over the long term, reasonable and I appreciate the continuity of staff. The complementary car wash is a nice touch as is the Keystone Cash program. More

Secondly, Keystone Volvo treats the customers like family. They've always been helpful, fair and gone way out of their way to make your feel comfortable and well taken care of. They have free breakfast, generous use of loaner cars and you get the sense that they would do anything for you, going beyond what any other dealership has ever done to make sure you feel taken care of. I've been buying and having cars serviced there for twenty years. They have become trusted friends. Can't imagine going anywhere else after all this time and consistently good experiences. You know the stereotype of the car salesman etc...they shatter all that with their kindness, fairness and willingness to help under all circumstances. For me at this point, there really is no other option in this really important area. More
