Steve was helpful and patient, making himself available whenever we wanted to stop by and inviting us to take 2 test drives while we were making up our mind. This process took a couple of weeks and Steve kept in touch but didn't overwhelm us with calls. He also explained many of the features once we had decided to lease that vehicle. We were happy with our experience with Steve and at the dealership. More

Steve is a truly sincere, honest, straightforward man who is very easy to speak to, and he makes your transaction easy for you. His professionalism is real, and he treats everyone with the utmost respect. You couldn't ask for anything more. I also had the pleasure of dealing with manager John Mazzurco, who was also a great guy to work with a sense of humor too! John Gallegos made my financing simple taking the time to explain everything to make sure I understood it. These employees went the extra mile, which is something you don't see anymore, but I wouldn't expect anything less from Bayview. Now if you want to talk service, Jeff Aldred is your man, he is a great guy to work with and his manager, Paul Barresi is very knowledgeble and eager to help too. The Sales Associate, Steve Plotnik knew everything about the car we were interested in and went out of his way to ensure we got the colors and features we wanted and we never felt any pressure to buy. The Sales Manager, John Mazzurco worked tirelessly to ensure we obtained the lowest possible price and worked for hours to make sure we received every possible rebate and discount available. Finally, the Business Manager, Joseph Ferregur was unlike any other business manager I have ever come across. I decided to stop by because it was on my way and they had a car I had found online that I wanted to take a look at. from the moment I walked through the doors I felt warm and Welcome . I felt at ease that they were there to Help me as best as they possibly could . And not only did they help me , they went above and beyond to get me into a Cadillac Escalade which had been the SUV I had been looking at in the beginning of my car shoppping journey . I want to first thank Jay PInilla ( internet sales manager ) who was an absolute pleasure to speak with . It was because of his outstanding customer service that I decided to stop by . I then had the honor of working with 3 incredible people that made my experience even better including : Steve Plotnik my salesman that put my mind at ease and treated me with the utmost respect , along with JC Kent who words can't even desicbe how thankful I am for his outstanding performance in helping me get into my dream car .
