Last month,I broke the drivers seat latch on my Mini Cooper. It wouldn't stay upright. I thought I would need to get a whole new mechanism for >$500 (labor and parts). Steve had the mechanic inspect th Cooper. It wouldn't stay upright. I thought I would need to get a whole new mechanism for >$500 (labor and parts). Steve had the mechanic inspect the mechanism and they were able to fix it without replacing the part. Instead of a $550 bill, I received a $150. bill, a washed car, and a loaner for 3 days while it was repaired. Thanks so much Steve and Knautz. You have my loyalty. Mary S. More

Took the car in for a single manufacturer recall and service advisor Steve P arranged to have an additional new recall and all scheduled service completed in this one visit. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish! I bought my MINI here in 2010 and they have been fantastic ever since! Took my car in for the 15K mile service and it was fast and easy. They even rota bought my MINI here in 2010 and they have been fantastic ever since! Took my car in for the 15K mile service and it was fast and easy. They even rotated my tires! Steve is so courteous and even noticed when people budged ahead of me in line. I highly recommend going here! More

went in for scheduled maintenance, was concerned about after-market satellite antennae being dislodged when they did their car wash after service was done; i expressed concerns to steve, and he said he w after-market satellite antennae being dislodged when they did their car wash after service was done; i expressed concerns to steve, and he said he would leave a note for porters, when i picked car, there was a note from porters explaining they hand-washed it so as not to disturb antenna, and everything was great. great service, as always. More

After driving Mini Coopers for 6 years we leased a Mini S from Knauz. At 5,700 miles the clutch was serviced and diagnosed as a warranty issue. 1 1/2 years and 15,000 more miles later after the car was in fo from Knauz. At 5,700 miles the clutch was serviced and diagnosed as a warranty issue. 1 1/2 years and 15,000 more miles later after the car was in for all routine service we complained about a noise in 1st gear. The service consultant told my wife it was her fault because she did not shift correctly and that an S must be driven differently than a Cooper. Knauz repaired the car and charged 10% of the price a new car! Very suspicious that the same problem diagnosed under warranty was our fault later. Perhaps the repair was not done correctly the first time. WE would have hoped that Knauz would have been our advocate instead of throwing us under the bus. Goodbye Knauz. More
