I was the proud owner of a 2021 Nissan Kicks S until it was unfortunately demolished when parked in front of my home on Tuesday. The good news is that no one was hurt. My car was officially totaled on Thursday when my insurance agent told me I was already running out of covered rental reimbursement days. I knew car inventories were low, but I had no idea until I made inquiries at four Indy dealers on Thursday. There was nothing on the lots and a slim chance of a 2022 Kicks S arriving in a few days or weeks. Finally, I contacted Steve in Anderson on Friday morning and by the end of the day he had found a new Kicks SR. Even though the SR had more features than I had on my previous S, Steve made it work for me by being proactive and listening to my timeline. I never thought finding a car quickly would be so stressful, but Steve assured me along the way and smoothly guided me through the process. I picked up my new car on Tuesday and absolutely love it along with the upgrades! Steve graciously provided me transportation from the rental car drop-off to his dealership, set up my SiriusXM trial, shined and attached my license plate, and walked me through the vehicle’s features. When I was window shopping,contemplating buying a new car , I made an appointment to test drive a Rouge …. Unfortunately the one I wanted was already sold .. Not to worry, Steve Reeves ( my salesman ) had , I made an appointment to test drive a Rouge …. Unfortunately the one I wanted was already sold .. Not to worry, Steve Reeves ( my salesman ) had another option…. It was a BEAUTIFUL 2022 Champagne color Platinum Nissan Rogue …. I honestly fell in love !!! I must say Steve was wonderful! He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. Steve went above and beyond, even so much so that my mom decided to pursue a new car and Steve helped locate hers and facilitate the delivery of it to This dealership … Yes, my bought a new car from him also .
