I drove the same little car for 16 years partly because the whole process of buying a car and be super stressful for someone with anxiety. I was so afraid I would be pushed or intimidated, but Steve never the whole process of buying a car and be super stressful for someone with anxiety. Steve Reeves was my salesman and from the beginning was willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was able to see the vehicle I was interested in. I live 1 1/2 hours from this dealership and Steve was willi willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was able to see the vehicle I was interested in. I live 1 1/2 hours from this dealership and Steve was willing to send a video of the car to me. Once I decided I wanted to continue moving forward, Steve drove the car to my home so I could test drive and see the vehicle. Once he arrived, he answered all questions and took time explaining all of the features on the car. He was very knowledgeable about cars in general. I did then decide to purchase the car, and have since heard from Steve on a couple of occasions already to see how things were going. In all of my years of purchasing vehicles I have never had a salesman call AFTER the sale. More

My husband and I have been working with Jason for a long time! We have bought 7 cars total from him between the two of us! His customer service is always great. We don't buy cars from anyone else except Jas time! We have bought 7 cars total from him between the two of us! His customer service is always great. We don't buy cars from anyone else except Jason because I know he is going to get us in to cars we love and to fit our lifestyle. I was very comfortable walking in to the Nissan dealership at Ed Martin. We worked with Jason at the Chevy dealership as well and the Nissan dealership has been the easiest to work with. The financing portion of the transaction went very smoothly and he explained things and made sure I understood before moving on. Over all I would give Jason AND the dealership a 10 out of 10! More
