While looking for a Jeep I was approached by Steve to answer a few questions I had on a Jeep for sale. His approach was very friendly and courteous. He went over the features and the price of the Jeep. He then got us the key to take the vehicle for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable regarding the features of the Jeep. While I took the Jeep for a test drive, Steve investigated the value for my trade in. Upon returning back to the dealership, Steve reviewed the trade in value for my vehicle and the net purchase price for the Jeep. Steve was very professional in the negotiating process and made the experience very comfortable. Before leaving the dealership with the Jeep, Steve setup my phone to be used through the vehicle, setup my Sirius account and again went over all the features of the vehicle. Steve thank you for explaining all the features of the Jeep and making this purchase a pleasurable experience. More

I have to give a BIG Thumbs up to Steve Regan, He was my sales person and was knowledgable on all the vehicles at his dealership. 1st thing I liked was that he wasn't breathing down my neck the second i pul sales person and was knowledgable on all the vehicles at his dealership. 1st thing I liked was that he wasn't breathing down my neck the second i pulled into the dealership. He gave me a little breathing room and I respect that. He Helped me with The Dodge Durango, Then The Jeep Grand Cherokee the Outlander & Limited. He then Helped me With the Dodge Ram 1500 which ended up being the vehicle I purchased. At no point did he get inpatient or mind that I wanted to test drive many different vehicles and see the different options that each one offered,he was knowledgable on the 5 vehicles in Dodge, Jeep and Ram. He was professional and was willing to do whatever it took to make my purchase experience pleasant. He knew that I'm not a first time car buyer and I have experience in the way many different dealers operate. Believe me If I don't like the Salesperson thats reason enough for me Not even consider purchasing at a dealership. Steve wasn't pushy and thats why he got the sale. Believe me he earned it. I think maybe Lester Glenn should hire Steve as a consultant to train all the sales people that work at all the different Lester Glenn franchises. There should be more people that do the type of job that Steve does. He doesn't just show up to work. He is actually working the whole time, He gets it done. As far as the other employees in Steves crew that I delt with. They were all respectful & professional. Mike Nacinovich GSM, Ed Fiorvante Sales Manager & Darren Applegate Finance. All down to earth people and nice to deal with. I would recommend Lester Glenn Dodge Jeep Ram to my friends especially because all the people I worked with made it a good experience. More

We had a wonderful experience at Lester Glenn thanks to Mr, Steve Regan and Jim Prendergast. The moment we set foot into the dealer they treated us with respect and help us in the process of getting a new Mr, Steve Regan and Jim Prendergast. The moment we set foot into the dealer they treated us with respect and help us in the process of getting a new car we had been to other dealers but not one of them treated us the way they did at Lester Glenn. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. Thanks to Steve for his patience and his expertise in guiding us thru the buying process were exceptional and thanks to Jim Prendergast who was also able to go thru the financing process to make this purchased possible. My overall review of this dealership is as follows: On My overall review of this dealership is as follows: On the first day I visited the Ram show room, I was "just looking", I was greeted on the front My overall review of this dealership is as follows: On the first day I visited the Ram show room, I was "just looking", I was greeted on the front lot by Steve Regan. We talked and Steve actually paid attention to what type of vehicle I would be in the market for, when the time came. After walking around and talking with Steve we sat down to try to come up with some type of "ball park" figures for me to take home. At this point Steve knew that I was not going to be able to afford the beautiful pickup that I wanted. He still had the professionalism to sit with me and go over options to help get me closer to my monthly budget allowance for the truck. We shook hands and I left. Several days later I noticed that Lester Glenn was giving some awesome incentives to match down payments, with that information I went back to the showroom,met up with Steve and we sat down again. This time we took things a bit further into the process, and Steve and I picked out a truck with certain packages in it, because he researched all the models and incentives to come up with the truck that got the most bang for MY buck. After an hour or so we concluded that once again ( due to the fact that I owed more money on my car than it was worth as a trade) no matter what finagling we did the numbers were just too far apart for us to make a deal, We shook hands and I left. I really like this truck, About a week later I stopped in to see Steve, he was off that day, so Joe carol stepped in to help me search the lot for a different vehicle that may fit my budget,after seeing a few that might work, Joe introduced me to Ed Fiorvante. We sat down and went over more options, concluded once again, too far apart, with that I shook hands with them and left. Two days later I stopped in to catch up with Steve to tell him I adjusted some things and was able to come up with more down payment money. That's when Joe Carroll stopped by to tell us that HE worked on some ideas on his own and found a lease that would work, the only problem was that we were still apart $50.00 per month, I couldn't swing it ,not at all. Steve was persistent in going into the finance office to help reduce the monthly payment needless to say after about 2.5 hours, and me not really not having to budge on my number we met at a great price and I was happy. All paperwork was completed and turned into Darren Applegate in finance, all is well, or so I thought, Steve comes out of the office to tell me that my Darren told him my credit score was just below the threshold for Chrysler Finance to grant me the lease. With that great news I was ready to once again leave without a new truck, Steve didn't give up and about 30 minutes later don't as me how but between Darren Applegate and Ed Fiorvante they were able to get me accepted with the finance company. That is another Lester Glenn advantage, with the volume of vehicles they sell, they have the leverage over most other dealers when it comes to negotiating the best deal for the customer, Anyone considering a new vehicle purchase I would definitely recommend The guys at the Lester Glenn Ram Store, Between Steve, Joe, Darren and Ed they worked as a great team and their only focus was getting me the best deal with what I had to work with. As a FORMER GM man I love my Ram ! THANKS GUYS ! More

Steve Regan took the time to ask me about my needs and actually cared about what I wanted in a new jeep. I cannot say enough except thank you! Thank you for treating me like a person and not just another sale. My credit was not the best, but Jimmy didn't let that stand in the way of getting me an excellent finance rate. Steve's manager Mike was extremely friendly and accommodating in getting me a great price.
