Steve found just the truck we were looking for and Ed and Jim took care of the financing side of the purchase in very friendly manner. Steve was also excellent in going over the trucks features and setting up Sirius XM and our cell phones on the truck's bluetooth. My wife and I both agree we had an exceptional purchasing experience because of these gentlemen and feel we are now part of the Lester Glenn Jeep family! We LOVE our new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Not enjoying the give and take nor price negotiating involved in buying a new car and never having dealt with the Lester Glen Auto Dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted and helped by Ste involved in buying a new car and never having dealt with the Lester Glen Auto Dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted and helped by Steve Regan. His understated manner and rye English wit put my wife and I at immediate ease. Although he didn't really have to do much selling (since we already knew the exact vehicle we wanted) he still took us for a long test ride, explained how to lower and raise the soft top on the Jeep Wrangler we were buying and made certain there was no detail left unexplained. I'm happy to recommend Steve to any future buyers and overall the experience at Lester Glenn was positive, easy-going and completely satisfying. More
