My wife and I came into the dealership to look at the dodge ram trucks. We were immediately greeted by Steve Regan. He was very friendly and helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he began to dodge ram trucks. We were immediately greeted by Steve Regan. He was very friendly and helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he began to show us around. Within minutes, we were test driving a truck and a short while later we had a deal. This was by far the best experience we have had at a car dealer. Steve was a pleasure to work with. Our overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this salesperson and dealership. More

Our first contact was a phone conversation with Anita. She was very friendly and very informative regarding the Costco Auto program. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Steve Regan. When we explained what we were looking for he took us to the lot and showed us 2 different models. We did a test drive on both and made a decision which one was for us. He took care of all the paper work that was needed to get us started. Ed Fioruonte greeted us and took care of our credit check and saw that everything was in order. Darren Applegate was terrific in explaining the extra things that might be beneficial to us with our financing. All the paper work was completed, our old car was emptied and our new car polished and filled with gas and we were on our way. We are very pleased with everything that transpired in the purchase so our new car. We will recommend the dealership and the contacts we had to friends and family. Thank you all so much. Walked into the dealership and was immediately meet with a welcome handshake. The entire experience was smooth and friendly. When I told them what I wanted to pay for the car, and what I wanted for my trade a welcome handshake. The entire experience was smooth and friendly. When I told them what I wanted to pay for the car, and what I wanted for my trade in, they pleasantly offered almost what I asked for. Without hassle. My car was missing one of the keys. I was promised they would locate the key or purchase a new one for me. I received a call form my salesman, Steve Regan, this morning that he had in fact located the key and was working on procuring it. Most dealerships, once you walk out the door, really don't follow through. Lester Glenn is not the usual dealership. I couldn't be more pleased with how I was treated and the deal I received. I was in the market for a Dodge Grand Caravan. Upon arriving to the dealership, Steve was incredibly friendly and greeted me immediately. He catered his workflow to my situation (trying to get out of arriving to the dealership, Steve was incredibly friendly and greeted me immediately. He catered his workflow to my situation (trying to get out of a car that i was upside down on) and it was apparent that he wanted to sell me the car that I wanted/needed and not a car that I would struggle to afford. He helped me negotiate with Mike to get the deal I was looking for and really felt like he did a great job as a customer advocate. Darren helped me through the financing aspect and again, I felt I was getting exactly what I needed without any outrageous up-sells. I walked away with the feeling that even after the sale, Lester Glenn will continue to be helpful throughout the lifespan of the vehicle. More

We received an offer card in the mail. We went in to get some information on the 2013 T&C. Steve brought us in and spent the time to work with us. Although we didn't get the deal that we saw on the card, Steve sold us on the value of the new vehicle. We felt that we received a very fair price with little haggle and great customer service. Thanks to Mike and Steve! The whole team went over and above. Even Darren who needed to prep for an operation the next day spent his last minutes of being able to EAT to finish our deal. THAT'S customer service!! More
