Bought a car from Jim Hudson Ford and had to have it towed back to the dealership the next day. They car was 3 years old and had 25,000 miles on it. They are unable to diagnose the issue and six months towed back to the dealership the next day. They car was 3 years old and had 25,000 miles on it. They are unable to diagnose the issue and six months later still cannot fix the issue. Jim Hudson Ford has offered nothing to help me and I am stuck with an unreliable car. Do not do business with this dealership. The service center is equally as bad as sales. I will never purchase a Ford again and will certainly never do business with any Jim Hudson Dealership. More

I had a pleasant experience making my purchase from Jim Hudson Ford. The staff was kind and did not pressure me at all. The only issues I have with my experience were with the vehicle itself. The photos on Hudson Ford. The staff was kind and did not pressure me at all. The only issues I have with my experience were with the vehicle itself. The photos online did not show that there small bits of concrete splattered on one side of the car. The vehicle also needs new rotors. Those are both easy fixes but I wish they had disclosed that info ahead of time. More
