It's the opposite of every dealership I've experienced, they don't try to nickel and dime you, or try to sell more than what your vehicle needs, because at the end of the day... I'll come back and continue to service my vehicle. There's also the dealership service heroes in the back that also need to be thanked, such as Danny, Kent, James, & Nick, without you my vehicle wouldn't be on the road today. More

Great Customer Serrvice and Follow up I have been having my Jeep serviced at this Dealership and Kevin Ames was my first Service Advisor and after he was gone Steve Ruff took over my accou I have been having my Jeep serviced at this Dealership and Kevin Ames was my first Service Advisor and after he was gone Steve Ruff took over my account and helped me with some of the issues that I have had and started before Steve became my service advisor.
